146.2 HPLC法测定氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星的含量

【摘要】 目的建立测定氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星含量的HPLC方法。方法采用Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%三乙胺溶液(14∶86,H3PO4调节pH值至3.0)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,Waters 996 PDA检测器,检测波长294 nm。结果进样量在0.153 9~3.078 0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=6),平均回收率99.84%,RSD=0.56%。结论该方法准确、简便、重现性好,可用于氧氟沙星滴耳液的含量测定。 更多还原
