主题：请绝顶高手帮忙翻译一句伊朗英语！

我都研究两天了，晕呀！

呵呵，用中国人的思维来看伊朗式英语当然看不懂了。不能跟他们交涉一下吗？就这英文水平来写调查问卷，不怕把供应商吓跑啊？

试着翻译一下：

Is the company produced the API from the which strange or from the steps down the lane?
也许它想表达的意思是这样的：Is the manufacturer of API from …… or from ……？原料生产商来自于哪里？from the which strange or from the steps down the lane?实在是看不懂。

生产原料（API）使用的起始物料来自哪个国家？

If producing from this steps either than starting step  the  from where is this material procured?
我猜他用either than想表达的意思其实是instead of，the也许是then打错的结果。所以原本想表达的意思也许是：If the process begin with this step instead of the starting step, then how (/in which step) did you get this material? 如果是从这一步开始生产，而不是从（工艺规程规定或有关资料规定的）起始步骤开始生产，那么这个物料从何处得来？this material应该是生产过程中产生的某种中间品吧，似乎本该是从起始步骤中产生的，但是由于你们不是从起始步骤开始生产的，而现在又出现了这么一个东西，所以客户有疑问吧。这个问卷是客户专门针对你们设计的还是对所有供应商通用的？这个问题的设计是不是这种形式：先问你你们的生产工艺是不是从起始步骤开始，如果是从起始步骤开始的话就不用回答这个问题了？如果按照我这个思路，那this material应该是对生产API必不可少的，没有它就不会有API。

以上都是我猜的，楼主还是发邮件问他们到底什么意思吧？或者让他们直接用伊朗语写，然后找个翻译公司翻译。本来以为印度人的英语就够糟的了，现在看来比伊朗人强多了

我感觉总体上他要问的是你们生产API是从最简单的原料做起的还是从中间的某种中间体做起的，以及这些原料的来源。

第一句感觉很像用汉语语序直接译成英文的呀

请大家要以一个宽容的心对待语言应用比较差的人。我第一次投英文文章的时候被两个审稿人狠批了一通我的英文水平。我当时沮丧极了，连修改的勇气都没了。没办法，在现实的压迫下，我拖了三个月才交卷。结果好在他们接收了。现在想起来还愤愤不平，那可是我花一个月的精力写出来的啊。
