Service Manager-Inorganic AA/ICP/ICPMS职位描述/要求：
Purpose of the main job
Provides technical services including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, validation and other technical support for East China customers.
Lead Shanghai Service team, manage and develop direct service effectiveness for field service engineers, in order to deliver excellent services to achieve customer loyalty.
• Lead team to provide customers with high level technical support. Maintain high customer satisfaction, resolves customer concerns and complaints.
• Measure service team’s performance based on Company service metrics.
• Monitors and tracks all installation, service activities and field issues and ensure all related service data are properly collected and escalated.
• Manage territory service activity and ensure high quality service to meet company measurements (Service KPIs). KPI analytical and problem solving process to anticipate and minimize disruptions to plans.
• Promote service contracts, billable service to fulfill customer need and achieve/exceed service business target
• Participate and cooperate with team to accomplish the team goals.
Coach team to follow Company and Service team’s operational policy.
Required work experience related to position
• Technical background. Minimum 5 years of related working experience, over 3 years in leading a team.
• Being experienced in the analytical instrument industry is preferred.
• Inorganic AA/ICP/ICPMS and instrument service-related preferred.
• Good communication skills and service attitudes, must be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.
• Well oral and written English skill. Good knowledge on computer.公司介绍：
