岗位职责：
1) 根据年度目标和公司发展计划制定销售策略和销售计划，确保IKA产品的市场领先地位；
2) 根据销售统计数据和市场信息制定和调整销售预测；
3) 定期向管理层汇报工作，及时报告重要信息（如重要市场信息、关联方管理层人员变动等）；
4) 给下属分配工作（职责、目标设置、绩效管理、培养、激励等）；
5) 建立、维护和发展与大客户、经销商和其他第三方的联系；
6) 监督营销活动，包括广告、展览、研讨会、路演、促销等；
7) 与其他部门协调与工作相关的问题，如生产预测、交货时间、质量问题等；
8) 直系上司和管理层安排的其他任务。

1) Make sales strategy and sales plan according to yearly target and company development plans, to ensure the market-leading position of IKA’s products;
2) Make and adjust sales forecasting according to sales statistics and market information;
3) Report important information to the Management without delay (e.g. important market information, personnel changes on management level of associated parties);
4) Job assignment to subordinates:
a. Assign jobs (including responsibilities, territories, industries, specific products etc.) to subordinates, and set annual targets to sales team;
b. Monitor performance of the subordinates regularly, provide coaching to them when necessary;
c. Motivate and support the subordinates to achieve their goals.
5) Set up, maintain and develop the network with key accounts, dealers and other third parties;
6) Monitor marketing activities incl. advertising, exhibitions, seminars, road-shows, promotions etc.;
7) Coordinate with other departments for work-related issues like production forecasting, delivery time, quality issues etc.;
8) Other tasks assigned by supervisors or Management.

任职要求：
1) 本科及以上电化学、材料、化工等相关专业，
2) 五年以上相关工作经验，具备电动汽车电池材料行业专业知识或化学品专业知识优先，至少两年以上经理及以上职能；
3) 良好的客户沟通技巧以及谈判能力；
4) 卓越的领导力和战略思维；
5) 良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力，有跨国公司工作经验者优先；
6) 以目标为导向；

1) Bachelor's degree or above in electrochemistry, materials, chemical engineering or related fields；
2) At least five years related working experiences with EV Battery materials industry or chemicals preferred, at least two years in manager or above level;
3) Good communication skills and negotiation skills;
4) Outstanding leadership and strategic thinking;
5) Good oral and written English, with working experience in multinational Corporations is preferred;
6) Goal-oriented;
