职位名称:Digital Marketing Specialist
职位描述/要求:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility
Work with stakeholders to involve in development of integrated strategic marketing plan including email communication strategy, social content calendar, ongoing leads nurturing programs, online media display, webinar, SEO and PPC to achieve business objectives.

Work with marketing managers, product managers and application team to ensure that all digital marketing initiatives are on track and in support of our targeting end markets and brand stories.

Manage email communication calendar to both prospects and installed customer bases. Execute the testing, launch, optimization and reporting of the all campaigns
Work with Global marketing operation and local stakeholders to manage the contents on our corporate website including products, applications, events, PRs.

Ensure the brand voice is heard in our target markets in social media outlets (WeChat, Weibo, etc) through constant interaction and appealing contents
Drive leads generation through Pay-per-click campaigns and Search engine optimisation of our corporate website

Work with telemarketing team in e-nurturing rejected leads, stalled opportunities and dormant accounts to uncover new opportunities

Manage web media exposure on vertical, social and search engine websites to maximize our leads generation effectiveness.

Compile regular reports on digital marketing performance and communicate results to necessary parties. Make recommendations to go-forward strategies based on measurable digital performance.

Measurement
I. The position’s measurement will be based on the following KPIs against 1) previous year actuals; 2) current year targets:
1)Raw Leads
2)MQL(A/B/C Leads)
3)SQL (Opportunity/Funnel)
4)SQL (Opportunity/Funnel)
5)Order
6)Order

II.The percentage of marketing contribution in terms of the #quantity and $amount of SQL and Order out of Total Business(sales+marketing) on both divisional and corporate level.

III.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
• At least 3-year experience in B2B/B2C Digital/PR on client or agency side
• Demonstrated skills in Excel and PPT for reporting and analysis work
• General understanding of HTML, Web and Mobile
• Must be a digital and social savvy
• Familiar with one type of marketing automation system

b) Engagement
• Strong communication sense and skill to all levels
• Produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences

c) Education
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business

d) Language
• Full proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong writing skills in Chinese

e) Travel (required estimated % of time)
• 10%
