请问下CPSC的认证流程？
我们实验室已经通过了CNAS17025体系的认证，能力范围包含了CPSC的那几个项目。
我们实验室现在已经向CPSC官方提交了申请，并把相关资料发到他们指定的邮箱，他们也给我回了邮件，但是邮件说需要我们说明股东的成分，是否有人从事玩具制造行业，是否是政府出资等等。具体如下
The application form requires that if there are manufacturers and/or private labelers of children's products subject to 16 CFR Part 1303, 16 CFR Part 1501 (or any CPSC requirement for which you are applying) holding ten percent or greater interest in your laboratory, then those manufacturer owners must be identified to the CPSC, and the laboratory must meet additional requirements.  If this does not apply to your laboratory,”None” should be indicated in the ownership field on the application.

Please respond by email if there are such manufacturer and/or private labeler owners of your laboratory.

If your laboratory is owned or controlled in part or in whole by a government, the government entity must be named, and the laboratory is subject to additional requirements. This includes indirect ownership or control through government ownership of interests in any partners of this conformity assessment body.  “Government entity” refers to any government entity in your country or administrative area, whether national, provincial, territorial, local, etc., and includes state-owned entities even if those entities do not carry out governmental functions.

Please respond by email if your laboratory is owned or controlled in part or in whole by a government entity.

As shown on the CPSC on-line application form “KNOWING AND WILLFUL FALSE STATEMENTS MADE ON THIS FORM OR IN ANY OTHER SUBMITTED MATERIALS ARE PUNISHABLE BY FINE AND/OR IMPRISONMENT FOR UP TO FIVE YEARS (U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 1001) AND/OR WITHDRAWAL OF CPSC ACCEPTANCE OF ACCREDITATION.”

这个信件是7月20日发的，我当天就回了，回信内容：
There are no such manufacturer and/or private labeler owners of our laboratory, and our laboratory is not owned or controlled in part or in whole by a government entity.
可到现在他们也没有给我回信，请问下我应该怎么办？这个说明或者说回EMAIL具体应该怎么办？
