【Abstract】 AIM The purpose is to develop a method for determining the contents of two different xanthone in Polygala fallax Hemsl. METHOD The method used Dikma Diamonsil C 18 column with MeOH-H 2O(65∶35) as mobile phase,0.9ml/min as flow-rate and 996-photodiode array detector at 245 nm. RESULTS The relative standard deviation of the repeatability were 0.96% and 2.6% respectively and the average recovery were 99.40% and 100.8% respectively.
