光电直读光谱仪操作我们可以分为日常校准和工作曲线的建立。

1:磨样
grinding
样品制备好对其进行后期的处理,就是在磨样机上进行磨制,被测样品激发的一面一定要平,使样品纹理清晰,才能保证样品与激发台之间贴合度, 这样才能保证气体冲洗室的密封性,使样品得到更好的激发。

磨样机有以上两种可以选择,但是磨样机的转速必须要求在3600r/min,砂轮的粗细在36~60目之间,这样磨出的才符合光谱需求。

2:狭缝扫描

JB-750型光电直读光谱仪的光学系统都是按照仪器技术指标及光栅实际色散在生产过程中进行调整并紧固好的。出入射狭缝外其余部分不会相对位置的移动。但因温度及金属本身的变形会造成谱线相对出射狭缝位置的漂移。为了补偿这种缓慢的移动,在仪器的正常使用过程中,一般要求每天6~8个进行移动入社狭缝对出射狭缝的扫描,这样才能更好的进行样品分析,具体操作如下:

每隔六到八小时还是每天做6-8次狭缝描迹?这个频率的设备我真心不敢买,我都不知道我做出来的结果靠谱吗?目前使用的进口垃圾设备几个月不做一次描迹,数据精度也还凑合。
