职位名称：高级渠道管理专员
职位描述/要求：Key Responsibilities
1.    Assist channel manager to refresh and explain CP related process, SOP, etc.
2.    CPs’ routine management (distribution agreement, compliance, credit control, etc.) in cooperation with other functions.
3.    Consolidate CPs’ periodical reporting
4.    Coordinate with field sales team for the cooperation between Hach and CPs on sites
5.    CPs’ performance management: annual target, scorecard, sell-through, RACI, forecasting, etc.
6.    CPs’ channel conflicts management: project registration, arbitration, etc.
7.    To execute CPs’ training and development plan
8.    Together with marketing, support CPs’ marketing activities, and sales tools
9.    Together with Service, build CPs’ service capability
10.    Receive CPs’ complain and coordinate to solve internally according to the process
11.    Maintain frequent interaction with CPs’ management team

Background and Skill
1.    BA or BS degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or equivalent experience
2.    > 3 years channel management experience in multi-national B2B business
3.    Prefer channel sales experience in industrial market
4.    Good level of strategic, communication, diplomatic, pressure taking, commercial sense
5.    Integrity is mandatory
6.    Knowing market and products is a plus
