职位描述/要求： Key Responsibilities

1.    Generate purchase order in Oracle and follow up in process
2.    Purchasing order management, include delivery on time, monitor past-due orders, reschedule and inventory balance
3.    Efficient communication with vendors for receiving exception claim and settle invoice issues with finance AP
4.    Product phase in/out, obsolete and new launch follow, work with BU and suppliers to accomplish goals 
5.    Focus on key items and work with BU/Sales team, adjust monthly rolling forecast and coordinate with global and local operation team to avoid inventory shortage
6.    Optimize supply forecast based on historical data and formulation, data analysis supporting for monthly sales forecast accuracy
7.    Good communication with relevant team or cross-functional department to support business process
8.    Work with order management team to prioritize orders and inventory deploy to achieve OTD target
9.    Evaluate suppliers’ performance for operation improvement purpose
10.    Good data analysis and reporting for weekly and monthly process review
11.    Monthly review KPI and take relevant actions to achieve delivery, inventory control targets

Requirements

1.    College or Bachelor degree, major in supply chain or related discipline
2.    3+ years’ experience in purchasing, inventory management or demand planning
3.    Good ERP system operations skills, Oracle experience is preferred
4.    Excellent Microsoft Excel skill, Word and PowerPoint
5.    Good oral and written English
6.    Ability to handle work independently and self-motivated
