职位名称：LabScape Contract Representative（售后合同销售）
职位描述/要求：Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling and supporting with LabScape service contracts, support team to gain more profits from service contract,.
• Contact customers and help them for understanding of our LabScape service contract,
• Customers'' care to ensure maximum satisfaction,
• Service Contract selling and management,
• Find opportunity for selling system upgrades,
• Internal coordination for issues related to service contract, sporadic traveling if required,
• Report to local service manager or team lead.



Qualification:
• Bachelor degree or above on Electrical & Mechanical, Automation, Physics or related education.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in system selling or after market selling or customer service preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analytical instrument preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with MS office proficiency.
• Skill on English reading and writing.
