职位名称：上海-产品专员-光谱 职位描述/要求：• Own and manage Agilent vial, chemical standards, spectroscopy supplies porfolio in Greater China Region. • Work with business operation manager with insights to develop and implement dedicate sales plans, identify and develop new business opportunities to drive business growth. • Work with Agilent sales channels to implement sales plan, monitor and evaluate the performance of individuals, giving feedback and necessary training to ensure they meet their targets. • Partnership with marketing, solution units and related functional teams to conduct products sales strategy, new products Go-To-Market plan, sales training and relative events to support business growth. • Act as a linkage between Marketing and Sales functions by providing reports and analysis.
要求： • Bachelor''s degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline. • At least 3 years sales/marketing experiences in laboratory/chemical products. • A good knowledge of general lab consumables, spectroscopic and chromatographic is a plus. • Very Good Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication skills. • Effective relationship building skills with internal and external partners. • Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications and demenstrate excellent teamwork. • Strong initiation to work proactively with minimum supervision • Good program management skill • Requires travel (nearly 35% of the time)
