职位描述/要求:As a Sales person, this role is focused on finding and qualifying sales 
opportunities with direct end users and keeping existing customers informed 
and up to date. 
The target markets are; 
- Contacts uncovered by Marketing. 
- Subsidiaries and partners of global Tinius Olsen product users. 
- Existing directly managed customers.



Sales work; 
Following up on sales leads generated by Marketing to qualify or disqualify 
as potential sales opportunities. 
Hunting for sales opportunities in the target markets those being 
Subsidiaries and partners of global Tinius Olsen product users and existing 
customers. 
Qualification of sales opportunities. 
Visiting and updating existing customers 
Demonstrating product. 
Preparing and issuing proposals. 
Closing\winning business\orders. 
Progressing orders onto the Tinius Olsen system. 
Following up with customers post sale/post installation. 
Managing sales pipe in CRM/Power BI system. 
Routine use of on line tender alert platfrom/tool. 
Brand Product Marketing work; 
Attend and be on the booth at exhibitions and events organised by Tinius 
Olsen Marketing. 
Reporting : 
Giving structured routine feedback to Marketing. 
Giving structured routine feedback to local sales team leader. 
Join weekly Friday team meeting (in office or online). 
Monthly expense submission. 
Weekly update meeting with Sales Director.
