职位描述/要求：Responsibilities
-Provide ongoing support to HQ finance teams, coordinate requests from global and region on finance operation.
-Develop management reports and financial analysis to provide support for business units.
-Develop and initiate internal control and process improvement measures, and to maintain effective accounting system for local operations.
-Maintaining a good communication and cooperation relationship with headquarter, region and other department, working as a cross-function coordinator.
- Supervising employees.
-Provide support for ad hoc assignment as required from time to time.

Qualifications
-2-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in corporate finance matters. -Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, along with direct experience in manufacturing industry.
-Critical-thinking, teamwork in a culturally diverse workplace, self-starter and motivated character traits highly valued
.-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy or related field; advanced degree preferred. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

任职要求：
-2-3年的制造业财务经验。
-流利的英语和普通话。
-在文化多样的工作场所的团队合作、具备积极主动和进取精神。
-金融或会计或相关领域的学士以上学历。
-较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
-能够在快节奏中有效工作，抗压能力强。
