Al(OH)3掺杂非晶态氢氧化镍的制备及其电化学性能

摘要 采用微乳液法合成了Al(OH)3掺杂非晶态Ni(OH)2粉体。研究了温度、pH值和掺杂剂的含量等各种因素对其电化学性能的影响并分析了其作用机理。实验表明:样品制备的工艺条件为t=50℃、pH=12、Al(OH)3掺杂含量为5%时,样品电极容易活化,循环性能较好。采用以100mA/g恒电流充电4h,以50mA/g恒电流放电,终止电压为1.0V的充放电制度,其比容量达346.1mA•h/g,放电工作电位平稳于1.24V。
Amorphous Ni(OH)2 substituted with Al(OH)3 is prepared by the method of microemulsion. Effects of preparation conditions on electrochemical performance of the samples are respectively discussed, including changing temperature, pH and the content of additive. At the same time, the mechanism function is studied. The results show that the electrochemical performance is improved when t=50℃, pH=12and the conent of Al(OH)3 is 5%. When the charging current, the discharging current and the end potential are respectively 100mA/g, 50mA/g and 1.0V, the specific capacity is 346.1mA•h/g and the discharge potential plateau is at 1.24V.
