职位描述/要求：工作职责
- Responsible for Sales Support including:
- Check the quotation, contract, bidding documents and agreement, give the suggestion to the sales about the risks of the terms and modification.
- Timely & accurate Sales order processing, including management of customer backlogs & communication to customers on status of delivery, etc.
- Actively discussing with customers on logistics process improvements.
- Internal company cross departmental co-ordination, including lean process/administration implementation.
- Integrate customers, e.g. familiarization IKA''s business process.
- Special projects / assignments or tasks will be assigned accordingly.


任职资格
- Bachelor degree,
- Willing and able to work independently,
- Good communication skills, Open personality, work carefully,
- Data analytical competency,
- Proficient computer skills is preferred,
- Good team spirits, help each other to ensure the team targets can be achieved.
