我想2006/66/EC大家随便一搜就能搜到，但对于Article21 Labelling这一章节化学符号尺寸方面，想提出来看看大家的意见： (原文）“3. Battery,accumulators and button cells containing more than 0.0005%mercury,more than 0.002% Cadmium or more than 0.004% lead,shall be marked with the chemical symbol of the metal concerned:Hg, Cd or Pb. the symbol indicating the heavy metal content shall be printed beneath the symbol shown in Annex II and shall cover an area of at least one quarter the size of that symbol。”
我的理解：比如有一款一般GP的C型电池要加Pb化学符号，尺寸情况应如下： 1）打叉垃圾桶：1cm X 1cm 2) Pb要达到打叉垃圾桶尺寸的1/4：0.25cm X 0.25cm 但是，现在有一个客人还有这样一种理解：即认为“...cover an area of...”指的是化学符号要占打叉垃圾桶的面积的25%，这样Pb尺寸就成了0.5cm X 0.5cm........
所以，原文中“...cover an area of...”的area到底是面积的意思？还是其实只是尺寸（长宽）方面的比例？ 欢迎讨论~~
