2004-03-01实施，现行有效。

第2个是个欧盟草案，不过挺有参考价值的，但是我们就要做采标验证了，比较麻烦，不知道是否有标准。
上其他地方也查过了，国内基本找不到。国外也很少，希望能有ISO或者EN DIN的标准
