With no X-rays entering the crystals the reverse leakage current will cause the output to rise. Again, it will restore at a certain point. The length of this ramp gives a good indication of the detector reverse leakage current. If the leakage current is high the ramp will reach the upper limit more quickly and give a short

不是说能不能认为是一种手段， 能谱25年的历史，一直都是这么测的，您不会第一次听说吧
