有感于最近的几次投稿屡屡被拒，加上国内投稿也被拒几次，对比一下，差距还是比较大。下面贴2封我的英语拒稿信，先来封比较委婉的：
1、Thank you for your recent submission to Journal of ABC.  We have now received the reviewers’ reports on your manuscript, which are copied below.  After careful evaluation of the manuscript and reports, I regret to inform you that we do not find your manuscript suitable for publication in Journal of ABC. The reviewers feel the design and the discussion of the work are not sufficient for publication in this journal. Further details regarding the reason for this decision are given in the reports.
I am sorry not to have better news for you and I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts.

语气比较直接的：
2、Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. You will see that they are advising against publication of your work. Therefore I must reject it.
For your guidance, I append the reviewers' comments below.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work.
