最近有产品Photo scanner, 客户在quality requirement的文件里有这样的要求：

In addition, the seller has to ensure that the article neither present any risk of personal injury nor

affect user's health by remaining dyestuffs or any substances in the meaning of § 30 LFGB.

向德国的同事请教，好像与网上能搜到的差别很大，得到答复如下：<span style="'color: rgb(31, 73, 125); font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; font-size: 11pt;'>§ 30 LFGB means thatall consumer products which are intended to have a prolonged skin contact (>30 s) have to be constructed in a way that don’t cause any health risk. Thismeans also that some problematic substances without an exact legal limit value(like PAH, Organotin, Phthalates, Cr-VI,…) should not be used in materials withprolonged skin contact of these consumer products. A toy for example is alwaysregarded as an “LFGB-Product.” A TV is not a “LFGB-Product” (no prolonged skincontact), a t-shirt is a “LFGB-Product” (no toy but prolonged skin contact).
