【摘要】 目的建立仙阳雄风胶囊中淫羊藿苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速1.0mL/min;检测波长270nm。结果淫羊藿苷浓度在0.02024～0.2024mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率100.08%,RSD=1.87%(n=5)。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效控制仙阳雄风胶囊的含量。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Icariin in xianyang xiongfeng capsule by HPLC.Method Diamonsil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-buffer solution(25∶75) at the flow 1.0mL/min;and the detection wavelength was 270nm.Result The linear ranges of Icariin in xianyang xiongfeng capsule was 0.02024-0.2024mg/mL,the recovery was 100.08%,and RSD was 1.87%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and effective in controlli... 更多还原
