Seminar Overview
所有传统的食品检测方法都是靶向的。缺点在于，传统检测方法会漏过未知或未预测到的标志物，从而造成结果的假阴性。基于核磁共振（NMR）的筛选方法可以实现非靶向检测。
FoodScreenerTM是Bruker研发的基于400MHz NMR波谱的食品分析标准化平台。其原理是基于每一个样品独特的NMR指纹图谱。该产品特性如下：

全自动按键式解决方案，包括自动生成结论评估和结果报告。
基于一次NMR采样，就能提供靶向和非靶向分析的可靠筛选方法。
通过聚类分析预测诸如品种、原产地和酿造年份等真实性参数。
几十种代谢物的定量结果，定量结果与官方参考值比较，所有化合物的浓度结果与真实样品库的浓度分布比较，从而为结果的解析提供支持。
通过模型验证的方法，将样品与真实葡萄酒参考数据库进行比较，从而完成样品合格与否的非靶向验证。
Webinar将会对基于NMR的Food Screener方法进行讲解，并举例说明。

Wenxin Xu was graduated from Wuhan institute of physics and mathematics, Chinese Academy of Science as Ph.D. The involved academic project is concerning NMR based metabonomics to explore the underlying metabolic mechanism of progressive development of diseases and to investigate drug/toxicant induced metabonome variarations. After that, she joined in Bruker China as NMR Application specialist 5 years ago.

Lu Shan was graduated from institute of biophysics, Chinese Academy of Science as Ph.D. The involved academic project is concerning Solution NMR study of protein 3D structure. After that, he joined in Bruker China as NMR Application specialist 11 years ago.
