职位名称：核磁售后工程师 Senior Technical Support Engineer
职位描述/要求：  To troubleshooting/repair spectrometer parts: AC/DC power supply, RF Probe, RF amplifier, PCB, etc…
l  To provide services for spectrometer and to carry out system installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenances.
l  To give support by telephone or E-Mail in case of technical question or problems as second evel supports in SLS, and escalate to 3rd level if needed.
l  To undertake any other duties related to product service, maintenance, installation and training
l  Work with factory and service managers monitor safety parts inventory and new product inventory set up.
l  Tools managements in China for all product lines
l  To provide information and reports to BBIO Service Management on a regular basis
l  To create and complete service related documentation as required
l  Support and Back up filed service engineers


任职要求：
l  Bachelor''s degree or higher in electronics/physics or similar fields with experince more than 5 years (Preferably with some experiences in analytical instrument industry)
l  Skilled in soldering, oscilloscope, RF network analysis and electronic circuit analysis
l  Good Spoken and written English, CET 4 or above.
l  Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
l  Good communication skill with internal and external customers and willing to support customers.
l  Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
l  Able to travel as required.
