职位描述/要求：Responsibilities:

As recently graduated in Chemistry, Biochemistry or IT you have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture and sell. This can be very complex multimillion dollar projects around networked SW for LC, gc, gc/MS instruments etc. complete with the appropriate software solutions.

Additionally you can demonstrate your consulting skills and improve customer satisfaction by proactively advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.

If you have a background in Microsoft SQL\Tomcat\Java\ IT management and maintenance, You will be prioritized

Qualifications:

Master degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or IT

Good knowledge on computer, network, workstation and compliance etc.

IT maintenance service and IT management experience.

Good knowledge on project management and cross-functional collaborations.

Fluent in English and Chinese, and have very good communication skill.
