职位描述/要求:职位职责:
1.Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products.
2.Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.
3.Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
4.Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
5.Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers
6.Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, able to handle leads independently
7.Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives
8.Solves some non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
应聘要求:
1. Bachelors or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Medicinal chemistry.
2. At least 7 years sales experiences in laboratory/chemical products, typically 8 to 12 years’ experience preferred.
3. Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications.
4. Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with LSCA products and strategy.
5. A good knowledge of analytical instrument markets.
6. Highly motivated creative and result oriented.
7. Able to work with minimum supervision.
8. Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
