职位描述/要求：Application Specialist for CCS team, Responsible for CCS product line pre/after sales support, in range of lc Column, gc Consumable, Vials and Sample prep products.
Key Responsibilities:
In house Post sales technical support , handle claim support and communicate with factory to solve quality issue.
Online technical support by email, telephone and webchat for lc column, gc consumable and column, vials and sample prep portfolio.
Customer pre sales visit  and Sample analysis application related support


Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
1. 2-3 years  HPlc usage experience， gc hands-on knowledge is  preferred
2. BA degree in chemistry
