职位描述/要求：岗位目的：

该服务工程师将主要为在陕西和中国西北地区的所有食品分析客户提供服务，包括安装，保修和有偿维修，以及技术培训。 提高服务收入及提高客户满意度。 该职位直接向Food中国区服务经理汇报。

In this role, this field service engineer will service all Food analysis customers mainly in Shaanxi province and Northwest China, including installation, warranty & billable repairing, and technical trainings.  To balance between personal service revenue increasing and customer’s good satisfaction. This position will report to service manager of Food china directly.

职责: 
? 负责近红外等食品分析仪器安装及保修服务。 
? 负责服务费用和客户联系。 
? 负责客户满意度。 
? 负责客户技术培训。 

Responsibilities:   
?    Responsible for instruments installation and warranty service in the field.
?    Responsible for billing service and service contact.
?    Responsible for good customer satisfaction.
?    Responsible for customer technical training.
