职位名称：现场服务工程师-IC&HPLC-连云港市
职位描述/要求：Position Summary:
Provide after sales customer service, including HPLC & IC installation, basic customer training and repairing service on site or via phone.

Responsibilities:
HPCL and IC instrument installation, IQ/OQ and repairing service. Software operation training for customer. Be responsible for team KPI including FVR, Circle Time, Response Time, revenue and so on. Summarize the FAQ and share with team members Teamwork and training team members。

Qualifications:
?    BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent required.
?    1-2 years working knowledge of analytical instrument. Fluency with personal computers is also required.
?    Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years Field Service experience of IC and HPLC, previous experience in installing, servicing, and sales of analytical instrumentation
?    Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills.
?    Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese
