职位描述/要求:职责描述:
Establish a comprehensive coverage of Hitachi OES mobile and stationary products within the agreed territories.
1. Responsible for selling the products and/or services directly to customers or through distributor/agent
2. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts mainly within above defined province and industry segments
3. Identifies customer needs and market trends and presents HHA products and support services to customers appropriately and effectively.
4. Responsible for ensuring the Sales pipeline is maintained with a balance of short, mid and long term prospects sufficient for the continuous attainment of your year targets.
5. Creation and maintaining all relevant customer information in the Sales Force system including leads and opportunities
6. Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with accounts / customers
7. Visit customers to enhance market coverage
8. Achieve strategic distributor / agent development objectives
9. Uphold HHA Brand integrity within distributors / agents and operate in a manner consistent with the HHA brand values.
10. Check quotation requests and participate in major bids, ensuring they are won at best price and terms. Intervene personally with end-users as appropriate.
11. Propose marketing initiatives e.g. seminars, direct mailing, trade shows, conferences and advertising.
12. Plan and execute agreed Sales targets including sales by product, market segment, product mix, take responsibility for cash collection and maintaining gross margins.
13. Provide regular reports in an agreed format.
在协议区域内全面覆盖日立OES移动和固定产品:

9. 维护经销商/代理商内部的HHA品牌诚信,并以符合HHA品牌价值观的方式运营。
10. 检查报价请求并参与主要投标,确保以合适价格和条件中标。酌情亲自与最终用户进行干预。
11. 提出营销计划,例如研讨会、直接邮寄、贸易展览、会议和广告。
12. 计划并执行约定的销售目标,包括按产品、细分市场、产品组合划分的销售额,负责现金收款并维持毛利率。
13. 以商定的格式提供定期报告。

任职要求:
Education / Qualification:
Physics, Chemistry, Metal Material science related engineering degree is preferred if appropriate market experience can be demonstrated.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:
1. Experience of high technology environment, or experience from within a Distributor to the industry sector.
2. Experience of working in above defined provinces.
3. Understands and manages within a technical environment.
4. Able to explain the technical features, advantages and benefits of relevant OES products.
5. Over 3 years working experience in the metals related industry, such as metals manufacturing, processing, PMI, Automotive manufacturing, Third Party Inspection,
NDT Testing, Commercial Laboratories
6. Understands the key factors which influence the performance of own area of the business. Evaluates activities and decisions from a commercial perspective, achieving short-term financial efficiency and longer-term business objectives.
7. Understands the economics of a distributor and able to balance their need with that of HHA.
8. Good in English (reading and writing) and Mandarin and fluently in English speaking will be better.
9. Proficient PC skills including MS Office, like Excel, Word, Powerpoint
10. "Can do" attitude – Decisive, able to work around issues to deliver performance
11. Proactive, self-starter, self-motivated and can work effectively with little supervision. Initiates actions to develop new and better ways of working.
12. Solution provider under pressure.
13. Customer focused, establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial customer/distributor relationships.
14. Adept at balancing HHA and distributor demands in meeting the ultimate customers needs effectively
15. Supervisory skills in developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies, tactics, plans and programs
16. Will to travel up to 70% of their time (using major transportation like car, plane, bus and train.)
17. Willing to bueiness travel
