职位描述/要求：. Purpose of Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will work
with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Marcom Manager, Product Managers, Media
& agencies to implement marketing, e-commerce, content and product
strategies that drive end customers’ engagement and revenue growth. The
Digital Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from e-commerce
and deriving business insights via in-depth analysis of user activity.
We seek a highly motivated individual
with previous experience managing aspects of a brand’s (B2B is preferred) digital marketing or
e-commerce strategies. The Manager will be directly responsible for key
functional areas and major digital initiatives within the Hach China
marketing team. This individual should be an innovative problem solver
with strong analytical skills to develop key customer facing marketing
activity.
II. Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management:

· Lead Team and agency to drive revenue generation from E-commerce.

· Good communication skill with the 3rd party platforms like T-mall, JD & 1688.

· Strong business analysis ability about eCom data performance.

· Collaborate with Commercial Team to help the customer shop more confidently while adding benefit to our SEO program;

E-commerce experience
Critical thinking and strategic marketing
background is preferred
Ability to lead and drive channel
development, strategic cooperation with 3rd parties such as Key
Accounts etc.

to effectively achieve Digital goals
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports directly to the Marketing
Director
Individual will manage 3rd party agencies
and vendors
Individual will frequently work with US
HQ marketing team
Position will have significant
interaction with senior management
III. Education, Background and Skill Requirements

Bachelor degree required, MBA is a plus.
Above 6 years digital marketing
experience required
Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office
and other productivity tools – Word, Excel, Power Point required
