职位描述/要求:职责描述:
1. Perform on-site installations on HHA product lines.
2. Perform on-site repairs on HHA product lines.
3. Provide on-site trainings to end users on the proper operation of systems, basic analytical results and system care.
4. Perform maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on HHA product lines in service depot.
5. Manage depot repair process ensuring all aspects are fully documented.
6.Manage depot repair spare parts ensuring that appropriate stock levels are held to achieve targeted repair time.
7. Render system upgrades, routine functionality checks, and recertification in accordance with departmental pre-established standard operating procedures and policies.
8. Ensure that all resources allocated i.e. tools, test equipment are maintained in good condition.
9. Troubleshoot all product failures and compile failure analysis statistics; reporting as required to line manager.
10. Ensure service open / escalated calls are closed within stipulated times and generating of NPS. Take corrective action where appropriated
11. Promote service offerings, for example, service contract, PM, parts/consumables etc.…
12. Be responsible for complying with the safety regulations in handling HHA products in repair depot.
13. Provide on-site support to distributors when necessary.
14. Meet the Service Level Agreement.
15. Submit monthly reports such as SOFT and timesheet report.
16. Communicate with customers promptly in regard to status of installation or repair of their instruments.
17. Promote a positive and professional image of the company while interacting with customers.
18. Work closely with key accounts to promote service contracts sale and renewals.
19. Ensure proper planning of customer visits, where all necessary tools, service spares are available to complete the job on one visit.

10. 确保在规定时间内关闭服务开放/升级呼叫并生成NPS。采取适当的纠正措施
11. 推广服务产品,例如服务合同、PM、零件/耗材等。…
12. 负责在维修站处理HHA产品时遵守安全规定。
13. 必要时为经销商提供现场支持。
14. 满足服务水平协议。
15. 提交月度报告,如软报告和时间表报告。
16. 及时与客户沟通仪器的安装或维修状态。
17. 在与客户互动的同时,提升公司的正面和专业形象。
18. 与主要客户密切合作,促进服务合同的销售和续订。
19. 确保对客户访问进行适当规划,其中所有必要的工具、服务备件可用于一次访问完成工作。
任职要求:
1. Minimum 3-year bachelor or above technical degree in mechanical, electrical, Chemical, or related discipline
2. 3-5 years working experience in the scientific instrumentation industry, Service experience with XRF, OES technology is preferred
3. Up to 85% travel
4. Technical support skills
5. Proven strong technical competencies in the repair and troubleshooting of HHA instruments
6. Excellent communication, networking and influencing skills
7. Commercial skills i.e., experience driving revenue and increasing margin (while developing their reputation with the customer)
8. Customer focused with demonstrable skills driving change projects to enhance the customers experience and increase the value they receive
9. Develops well thought-through plans to deliver their objectives preferred.
10. PC skills and good working knowledge of content management systems
11. Excellent spoken and written English
12. Can do attitude, self-motivated, desire to succeed.
13. Proactive and works with pace and energy
14. Able to work autonomously, but get along well with other staff
15. Creative and innovative approach to developing new ideas or solutions
16. The ability to work independently with effective time management skills
17. Customer focused and can work on own initiative
18. Communicates, delegates, and motivates effectively, providing support and engaging people on an emotional level.
19. Sets clear standards for performance and challenges people and themselves to achieve results with pace and discipline, managing poor performance and taking tough decisions where required preferred.
