职位描述/要求：Summary
Create and implement sales plan for retaining accounts and acquiring new accounts. Build and strengthen account relationships in assigned markets and territories. Promote LGC Biosearch brand and raise brand awareness in the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
?    Responsible for key account management. Understand key accounts’ needs and work closely with all related functions to fulfil the needs and manage account expectation appropriately.
?    Learn and deliver key messages and unique selling points of LGC Biosearch products to accounts in assigned region.
?    Maintain existing business, identify, and capture new opportunities. Communicate with accounts on regular basis to ensure LGC Biosearch always get firsthand information of any new projects.
?    Explore strategic collaboration opportunities among key accounts. Keep a close eye on accounts’ company development and growth, identify and suggest strategic collaboration directions when needed.
?    Collect and report back with market and competitor information. Have a bird’s eye view on competition landscape.
?    Responsible for daily routine works, such as preparing quotation, visit report, forecast, and funnel review, etc.
?    Facilitate marketing activities and server as bridge between LGC Biosearch and accounts.
?    Comply with LGC’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
?    Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or other highly relevant majors. Master/PhD is preferred.
?    3-5 years of working experience in sales role. Strong knowledge of synthetic biology is a must.
?    Proven track record of key account management and new account development.
?    Excellent in communication and presentation.
?    Good in English reading, writing, and listening. Conversational level in speaking.
