职位描述/要求：1.管理工艺工程部门，负责政策以及法令的实施，职责包括面试，招聘和培训员工，计划分配部门工作，以及部门考核的工作.
Manage the process engineering department, responsible for the implementation of policies. Responsibilities including interviewing, recruiting and training staff, planning and assigning Department work, and department assessment.
2. 根据新产品的研发计划，编制产品技术文件及质量文件，包括研发资料、质量标准、产品数据及技术文档资料的撰写
According to the R&D plan of new products, compile product technical documents and quality documents, including R&D data, quality standards, product data and technical documents.
3. 负责完成产品DOE的制定和实施，开发，评估和改进组装和测试标准
Responsible for product DOE formulation and implementation, development, evaluation and improvement of assembly and testing standards
4. 负责组织和指导新产品导入过程中DFX（DFA/DFM/DFT）工作的推进
Responsible for DFX (DFA/DFM/DFT) in NPI
5. 根据国家发布的新标准，对现有产品进行技术改进
Technical improvement of existing products in accordance with new standards issued by the State
6. 参与产品生产故障分析，解决质量问题、技术问题，研究分析并提出处理意见
Participate in product failure analysis, resolve quality and technical problems, study and analyze, and put forward treatment suggestions.
7. 根据客户和市场需求，提高产品质量，满足客户的要求
Improve product quality and meet customer requirements according to customer and market needs
8. 分析和计划组装和测试生产的现场管理，人员配备以及工艺流程。规划设计生产线的布局以提高生产效率
Analyze and plan the field management, staffing and process flow of assembly and test production. Planning and designing the layout of production lines to improve production efficiency
9. 管理工程变更与供应商确认外购件的产品规格，材料，以及按照产品规格和质量要求对外购件进行评估
Manage engineering changes and confirm product specifications and materials of outsourced parts by suppliers and evaluate the outsourced parts according to product specifications and quality requirements.
10. 有很强的主导和推动元器件的本地化的能力（钣金、机加工、塑胶件，线束，光学镜片）
Leading and driving the parts localization including sheetmetal, machining, injection molding, cables and optics parts.
11. 负责工艺工程部门的KPI指标达成情况，定期汇报以及采取相应措施
Responsible for meeting KPI indicators in process engineering department, regular reporting and taking corresponding measures
12. 与管理层，工程技术及其它相关人员研究生产能力，生产计划和其它一些与生产工艺相关的工作以及其它委任的工作
Studying productivity, production planning and other processes related tasks and other appointments with management, engineering and other relevant personnel

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree, more than 8 years work experience related, over 3 years of team leader role.
本科学历，8年以上相关工作经验，3年以上带团队经验
2. Good Lean manufacturing and process knowledge
良好的精益生产和工艺知识
3. Demonstrated problem solving skills, Candidates with background experience in optoelectronics are preferred.
有优秀的分析问题、解决问题的能力，优先考虑有光电背景经验的候选人
4. Good project management skills
良好的项目管理技能
