Article 24 Notified substances 1. A notification in accordance with Directive 67/548/EEC shall be regarded as a registrationfor the purposes of this Title and the Agency shall assign a registration number by 1 December 2008. 2. If the quantity of a notified substance manufactured or imported per manufacturer or importer reaches the next tonnage threshold under Article 12, the additional required information corresponding to that tonnage threshold, as well as to all the lower tonnage thresholds, shall be submitted in accordance with Articles 10 and 12, unless it has already been submitted in accordance with those Articles. 第24条 通报物质 1.据第67/548/EEC号指令做出的通报应视为用于本篇之目的的注册，并且化学品管理局应在2008年12月1日前为其指定注册号。 2.如某种已通报物质的制造量或进口量达到第12条所规定的下一个吨位阈限值，根据第10条和第12条的规定，应提交与该阈限值相关的附加信息及所有低吨位阈限值量所要求的信息，除非此类信息根据相关条款已提交过。
