1.1.2 when general rules from the buyer or from a third party are referred to in these checking instructions,the issue that is in force when placing the order shall be taken into account.
1.4.2. in case of partial or complete rejection,the supplier is obliged to improve or replace the equipment rejected at his own risks,the indications,if any,of the "welding checking"departments in this respect being taken into account without prejudice to his other obligations resulting from the order concluded and the responsibility he must assume for that reason.
