For surface feature analysis, there are a lot of parameters. But no manaual can explain this well. Even traditional roughness, Ra, Rq...Please be advise Ra, Rq is wothout lateral information. If you want to define your surface with X,Y and Z togther. Ra, Rq can not do this.
