It may be a difficult to have a cool summer as the crazy weather is. I just close the windows and door daytime and open windows at night, turn on the air-conditioner，stay at home when it is hot.

Come here, Hokkaido, the temperature is still around 15 oC and I need double quilt at night to resist the coldness (3-5 oC).

So you should drink some water when the air-conditioner is on.
