Would you like to display your company logo on all your INCA Report documents?

 
 


Adding your company logo to your reports is easy: 

1. From the main INCA screen select Options, and Edit Report Templates

The report template editor will be displayed. To edit an existing template select the import button in the top right hand corner of the template editor and choose the template you are interested in from the drop-down list that will display with all the existing/default templates. Alternatively, you can choose to create a new template of your own design.


3. To add your company logo, select the logo box from the available options. The logo box will then appear in the template editor display.



4. Right mouse click on the logo box and _select the logo file_ location i.e. the location where your company logo file is stored on your PC.

Once you have imported your logo into the template move it to the position and change the size to meet your requirements.

Then select the other items to show in your template assign a name to the template and save it. You can now close the template editor.

When you go to the report step your new template, with company logo, will appear in the list of selectable templates, ready for use.
