【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定醋柳黄酮片中异鼠李素和槲皮素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸溶液（54:46）,柱温40℃,检测波长368nm。结果:异鼠李素、槲皮素的线性范围分别为:6.5～32μg/ml（r=0.9996）、2.5～12.4 μg/ml（r=0.9991）,平均回收率为99.4％、99.8％。日内精密度RSD分别为1.22％、1.32％（n=6）;日间精密度RSD为1.07％、1.35％（n=5）。结论:本方法简便、准确,适用于该药的质量控制。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: A method was established for the determination of isorhamnetine and quercetin in flavone hippophaes tablets by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), mobile phase of methanol-0.02mol/L phosphoric acid (54:46) .column temperature at 40℃,with detection at 368 nm.
