183.2 HPLC法测定丹参冲剂中丹酚酸B的含量

【摘要】 目的:采用HPLC法测定丹参冲剂中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:采用DiamonsilC18柱(5μ,200×4.6mm);以甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59)为流动相;流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:286nm。结果:丹酚酸B在12.08～120.80μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.42%(n=9),RSD=0.53%。结论:建立的方法可准确测定丹参冲剂中丹酚酸B的含量。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of salvianolic acid B in salvia miltiorrhiza preparation by HPLC.Methods:Using the Diamonsil C18 column(5μ,200×4.6mm),its mobile phase was methane alcohol-acetonitrile-acid-water(30:10:1:59).The flow velocity was 1.0ml·min-1 and the detective wavelength of salvianolic acid B was 286nm.Results:It was showed that the salvianolic acid B had a good linearity in the range of 12.08～120.80μg·ml-1.The average recovery was 99.42%(n=9),and RSD=0.53%.Conclusion:The estab... 更多还原

【摘要】 目的:建立复方甘草酸单铵注射液有关物质检查方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Diamonsil-C18 (250mm×4.6mm×5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.2mol/L乙酸铵溶液-冰乙酸(70:30:1);检测波长:250nm。结果:有效的分离了复方甘草酸单铵注射液中的有关物质,各杂质峰面积总和不大于对照液主峰面积的20.0%,最大杂质不大于对照液主峰面积的10.0%;结论:此方法简便,快速,可用于复方甘草酸单铵注射液的质量控制。 更多还原

摘要： 目的:用高效液相色谱法测定参芪合剂中人参皂苷Rg1的含量.方法:选用Diamonsil C18分析柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),乙腈-水(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长为203 nm,流速1.0 mL/min.结果:线性范围0.8～4.0 μg(r=0.9999)平均回收率为98.85%,RSD为0.97%.结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确.

摘要： 目的:测定消喘膏中延胡索乙素的含量.方法:色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值至6.0)(55:45),流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为280nm.结果:延胡索乙素进样量在0.051μg～1.020μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.35%(n=9),RSD为0.75%.结论:本方法简便快速,分离度好,结果准确可靠.

【摘要】 目的:针对高效液相色谱法测定盐酸环丙沙星片含量结果偏差大进行进一步讨论,用于生产及质量控制。方法:以 DiamonsiL—C18（250×4.6mm,5um）为色谱柱;用0.05mol/L 枸橼酸溶液-乙晴（82:18）用三乙胺调节 pH 值至3.5为流动相,检测波长277nm,流速为1.0ml/min,以外标法按峰面积计算。结论:在含量测定过程中,发现过滤用的定性滤纸对环丙沙星有吸附,以致使含量测定结果出现假象,经多次试验,直接采用微孔滤膜过滤,可真实反映含量测定结果。 更多还原

183.10 顶空毛细管气相色谱法检测加替沙星中有机溶剂残留量

【摘要】 目的:建立加替沙星原料药中乙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲苯5种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,程序升温,色谱柱为DM-624毛细管色谱柱,载气为高纯氮,FID检测器,90%N,N-二甲基甲酰胺水溶液为溶解介质,检测了加替沙星原料药中的乙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲苯的残留量。结果:5种溶剂残留均达到良好分离,在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好线性,r=0.999 7~0.999 9,乙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲苯的检测限均小于3μg/g,精密度RSD均小于5%,平均回收率为94.8%~98.6%。结论:本试验建立的方法简单、快捷且灵敏度高,可以用于加替沙星中乙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲苯5种有机溶剂残留量的测定。 更多还原
