向一个letter投稿，还没送外审就被编辑给拒了，理由如下： (1) just a technique developed by other researchers is applied to a synthetic data sets and to one SAR image. 可是我并不是简单用别人的算法做个应用啊，我确实有创新的，并且在论文里面论述了本文的创新点。 (2) Besides lacking information about the SAR data set (which is the source, the sensor, the acquisition mode, ...)。我在实验中阐述了图像的来源，波段等信息，为什么说我没有阐述数据背景呢？ (3) the paper does not provide a quantitative analysis of the results and does not clarify what is the advantages (and drawbacks) of using this image processing technique to segment a SAR scene. 这个更扯了，我在论文的实验部分提出了量化指标，在最后一节的实验分析了算法的时间复杂度和分割效果，竟然说我都没有写 我觉得特别郁闷，这编辑有没有认真看论文啊，提出的问题根本就不存在嘛，我是不是该解释下然后重投呢？
