职位描述/要求:Position Summary: Provide after-sales customer training and application support for
gc,
gcMS,
gcMSMS product lines within the assigned territories to create bigger customer value through better utilization of TFS products. Provide internal training to improve FSE capability of app knowledge, then ensure on-site training quality to improve know-how transfer for better customer understanding to TFS products. Interface with marketing and commercial team, to highlight the competitive differentiator or to influence customer preference in favor of TFS in the training, eventually become loyal customers.
Job Description:
1. Conduct customer operation training and application support for assigned product line (
gc/
gcMS/
gcMSMS) or technologies as required.
2. Provide internal app training to FSE or dealers’ FSE, to improve know-how transfer and ensure better usage of TFS products and create bigger customer value.
3. Understands customer’s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction.
4. Manage daily operation of Training Lab, maintain and keep instruments and lab facility in good condition.
5. Post-sales follow-up to monitor customer satisfaction and fortify customer relationships.
6. Provide technical assistance or training for assigned products or technologies to FSE, sales or support channels (internal or external) to enable channel competence and competitiveness.
7. Compile customer training materials for assigned product line or technologies as required.
8. Define and update training SOP, which should cover customer-oriented training process, basic and in-depth technical points, selling points or other advantages of TFS products,etc.
Qualifications:
1. Master or above in analytical chemistry or subjects related to Chromatography technologies.
2. >2 years hands on lab experience with analytical instruments related to Chromatography technologies. Rich experience for
gc/
gcMS sample analysis and application development.
3. Familiar with
gc.
gcMS is necessary, familiar with Thermofisher
gc/
gcMS/
gcMSMS and related software will be highly preferred, for example Trace 1300/1310
gc, Trace ISQ
gcMS, TSQ8000
gcMSMS and the related software CM/Xcalibur/Tracefinder.
4. Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
5. Demonstrated effective teamwork player.
6. Self motivated and result oriented.
7. Systematic problem solver.
8. Effective customer interactive experience.
9. Project management experience.
10. Good training skills and presentation skills, TTT certificate is preferred.
11. Open mind and customer-oriented mindset, willing to do continuous improvement to meet customer and business needs.
