POSITION SCOPE:

应用支持专家负责为特定销售区域的不同类型的产品提供内部及外部售前和售后技术支持。 
The Field Application Specialist is responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support both internally and externally for a broad range of products within a particular sales territory.

主要职责：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    为销售流程提供高水平的技术专家意见和产品知识，以促使公司提高竞争力，取得成功。
Provides high-level technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales process to facilitate competitive success;

•    在电话销售和现场访问时与销售代表合作，并作为技术顾问/专家向潜在的客户提供技术信息和/或进行产品演示以便助于潜在客户做出购买决定。
Teams with Sales Representatives on sales calls and visits, and act as a technical consultant/expert to provide prospective customers with technical information and/or perform product demonstrations to assist with their purchasing decision;

•    通过向客户提供现场启动应用培训协助仪器安装，演示如何正确操作公司产品（包括仪器、软件、试剂及消耗品）的流程。
Assists with instrument installations by providing on site start-up applications training to customers, and to demonstrate proper operating procedures with products of the Company, including instrument, software, reagents and consumables;

•    提供现场或远程高级应用培训、技术协助及问题解答。
Provides on-site or remote advanced application training, technical assistance and troubleshooting;

•    准备并召开用户会议。
Plans and delivers user meetings;

•    参加技术培训和科研会议，收集有关影响公司新的发展方向、产品和新发现以及客户有关技术动向/需求的相关信息，以支持制定销售策略及开发新产品。
Attends technical trainings and scientific meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting the Company as well as customer information about technical trends/needs to support development of selling strategies and future products;

•    在贸易展台展示公司产品并收集信息。
Presents products in trade show booths and gather market information;

•    发现并就可能开发并运用于公司各种系统中的客户应用产品进行沟通。
Identifies and communicates for potential customer application needs that may be developed and used on the systems of the Company;

•    为其他员工提供应用、安装及仪器系统操作方面的培训。
Delivers training to other staff, on the application, installation, and operation of instrument systems.

教育/经历：
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

•    有质谱、生物、微生物或生物化学专业领域硕士及其以上学历，或者有同等学力。
Master or above degree in mass spectrometry, Biology, Microbiology or Biochemistry, or equivalent experience.

•    较强的技术知识以及在分析化学领域使用液相色谱质谱联用仪的重要实验和/或科研背景（例如：有3-5年的实验室工作经验或者在获得博士学位后有1-2年的博士后工作经验）。
Strong technical knowledge and significant laboratory and/or scientific background in analytical chemistry using LC/MS/MS (for example: 3-5 years of previous laboratory experience or PhD with 1-2 years post doc work)

•    优先考虑以前曾经操作过本公司的产品系统或相关仪器的人选。
Previous operation of the Company’ product systems or related instrumentation is highly desirable.

•    具备深厚的行业知识，能够很好的了解客户的业务、应用和其他需求。
In-depth industry knowledge, good understanding of customer business, applications, and other needs.

•    具有通过书面以及口头形式展示技术资料的经验。
Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal form.

•    较强的发现并解决问题的能力。
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

•    有效的沟通能力，能够向内部及外部客户清楚阐述技术和产品信息。
Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical and product information to both internal and external customers.

•    较强的组织能力，能管理好不同事务的优先顺序，进行预约，计划进程并协调销售人员以及其他服务和支持人员各方的工作。
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, make appointments, plan schedules and coordinate efforts with Sales Personnel as well as other Service and Support personnel.
