About the role:

Agilent''s Digital Channel team is transforming how the company interacts with their customers. We are looking for an experienced China Digital Channel Director. Reporting to the Digital Channel Leader, The China Digital Channel director will drive digital strategy, plan and execution for the great China region. This senior leader role will have primary responsibility for significantly enhancing our locally competitive web and mobile experience (including WeChat), implementing effective digital marketing leveraging Eloqua, and driving strong online revenue growth. The position will be based in China (Shanghai or Beijing) and work closely with China leadership, China digital resources and the Digital Channel team. This role will also join the Digital Channel leadership team.

Key responsibilities:
•Build and manage an effective team in China in support to enable a strong and locally competitive digital presence. This includes managing our local content, digital marketing transformation, mobile (including WeChat) and commerce capabilities
•Have overall responsibility for the development and ongoing enhancement of a comprehensive digital strategy, roadmap, and operational plan for China in support of customer needs and Agilent''s business priorities. Be the key interface with the Digital Channel leadership team, China leadership team, IT and other organizations at Agilent to ensure overall digital capabilities effectively support the China market.
•In partnership with Sales and Marketing teams, drive the digital enablement for Agilent''s go to customer strategy. This includes being the digital lead for the integration of our marketing, inside sales and digital plans to improve the customer experience, extend reach and drive sales effectiveness.
•Manage the WeChat enablement roadmap and plan in partnership with the China leadership team.
•Drive overall execution in China to our digital strategy and business objectives. WeChat enablement strategy and plan.
•Leverage web analytics, KPI''s, and other metrics to make informed business decisions.

任职要求：
•A Bachelor''s degree in a related field; Masters preferred.
•12+ years of related experience with at least 6 years managing digital in China preferably for a Fortune 500 company. Experience in B2B and life sciences strongly preferred;
•Demonstrated success defining and implementing comprehensive digital strategies;
•Significant experience with both web and mobile experience and content; experience with WeChat strongly preferred;
•Skilled at collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, operations);
•Comfortable presenting to Senior Executives;
•Experience working with global teams, including Asia and in particular with China;
•Detail oriented with strong communication and excellent execution skills.
•Strong Mandarin and English skills
