职位名称：application development manager, Analytical China
职位描述/要求：•    Responsible for Method development and technical support for all Analytical product line. It is sample prep solution for gc/MS and LC/MS application
•    Developing and validating sample prep method on Chinese customer’s need
•    Supporting customer to develop or modify sample prep method based on Biotage consumables.
•    Working with market manager and sales team to create new sample prep method
•    Bridging global R&D resource and Chinese market needs
•    Assisting the pre-sales process by demonstrating the technical advantages of Biotage products to field staff and customers – seminars, webex and coordination of demonstrations to be run locally
•    Working with sales staff to ensure Biotage provides excellent customer support for sample preparation
•    Working with customers to fully understand the SPE/SLE sample preparation technology and help define experimental protocols for sample prep
•    Acting as a primary technical resource for Sales and Marketing
•    Resolving technical queries quickly and expertly either over the phone or visiting a customer site
•    Conducting workshops highlighting the technical advantages of SPE/SLE technology
•    Identifying faulty protocol, processes or hardware where they adversely affect system performance
•    Assist customers to utilize instrument and consumables both efficiently and effectively so as to maximize customer satisfaction as well as revenues for analytical
•    Conducting in-house training of Sales, Marketing and Support staff wherever a need is identified
•    Facilitating and coordinating product trials locally
•    Identify market potential for new products and explore new opportunities by closely aligning with field sales and our customers
•    Coaching and training other application specialist as required

Qualification / Additional Requirements:
•    Master degree or above in analytical chemistry, or related
•    3+ years lab working experience in LC/MS field
•    Fluent in Speaking and writing English/mandatory need
•    Bioanalysis working experience preferred
•    Presentation skill
•    Result oriented and self-motivated
•    Teamwork spirit
