职位名称：区域销售经理
职位描述/要求：工作职责：
1. Assist Regional General Manager in developing sales strategies and identify local market opportunities to achieve a sustainable business growth
2. Lead the sales force to meet sales revenue objective through management skills
3. Work with marketing and business development team to plan and execute marketing events
4. Set clear KPIs with the sales team members, monitor individual performance and provide guidance and direction to reach the goals
5. Manage performance of the local distributors
6. Establish business networks

任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Business Management
2. Ten years’ or above in sales & marketing experience preferably in industrial products, with regional exposure to cultural diversified environment
3. Have a proven track record of marketing and sales success
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Good team player, proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated and result-oriented
7.Strong leadership charisma, decisive, aggressive and assertive in personality
8. Frequent travel is required to visit clients, partners and sales team in the field
