职位名称：技术支持工程师
职位描述/要求：Key Responsibilities
•    In charge of pre-sales technical support on sales for all hach products in North China region;
•     Analyze the effect on analyzer instruments by new policies, regulations, customer request in region, and cooperate with different departments to better support market promotion for products;
•     Develop and promote new application solutions for all segments including municipal, government, and petrochemical, etc
•    Work with region team to explore application and business opportunities among region        customers.
•    As product technical owner, prepare sales tools, resolve application issues, develop new application to drive product sales revenue growth.
•    Delivers training to external (customers, distributors, etc) and internal (sales, the other support team ,etc)
•    Performs other duties as required.


Requirements
•    Bachelor or above degree, major in environmental engineering, chemistry, instrument and automation or relative fields preferred.
•    1-3years experience in related industry.
•    Familiar with water treatment process and application of analyzer
•    Capable of working cross-functionally through Leadership by Influence
•    Water Quality industry, application, product and technology experience is nice to have
•    High energy, proactive, people-oriented and results-oriented approach to work and learning
•    Effective personal time management and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
•    Languages: Chinese (fluent), Written English (fluent), Spoken English (good)
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
