Responsibilities
1.Delivers technical expertise through Agilent 800 hotlines and WeChat for solution implementation to customer based on Agilent consumable and column products and services. Is focused on interaction with internal customers and external customers enquiry process including pre-sales enquiry on product selection, application consulting, post-sales support enquiry on product performance, implementation guidance and troubleshooting. Understands customer''s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction.
2.Integrates Agilent products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customer''s environment by online support.
3.Analyzes customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution. Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs. Major contributors to post-sales activities to solve customer online issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
Qualifications
1. Master degree or above, chromatographic science, medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry or related background
2. Proficiency in chromatographic fundamental knowledge, familiar with chromatographic instrument operation. Minimum of 1-2yrs relevant experience with typically 2-4yrs laboratory operational or R&D experience, proficient in one of gc, gcMS, LC, LCMS experimental techniques
3. Have good learning ability, logical thinking ability, good communication skill and teamwork
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, good office software usage
