Proposed Description: Provide 3rd level technical support and problem resolution to service engineers, inside service, and customers as requested or required, typically using phone, e-mail, and web tools.  Play  an  active  role  in  the  development,  maintenance  and  implementation  of  technical documentation,  installation protocols, user  information  services  and  in-house  technical knowledgebase systems.  Conducts technical training courses for service engineers, inside service and/or customers


Job Description
--Provide technical support for MDx & AG products.
--为分子诊断及应用基因组学产品线提供技术支持，
-- Perform on site installation, reparing, maintenance etc
--在现场进行安装，维修，保养等售后工作。
-- Work with other colleagues to introduce new products into Greater China Market.
--与其他部门同事合作，将海外产品引入大中华市场。
-- Involved in CFDA registration process: type testing, clinical trial, expert review, etc.
--参与到CFDA注册过程：如型检，临床实验，专家评审会等等。
-- Attend scientific conference around China, sometimes he/she needs to give a speech at the conference
--参加中国地区学术会议，必要时需要进行学术演讲。
-- Willing to travel nationalwide frequently and work independently
--能够适应频繁的国内出差，可以独立工作。
--Responsible for billing service and promotion the service contacts.
--负责收费维修工作，促进维保合同的销售。
